Dear Hampton school community,
Earlier today, on Wednesday, March 29, HTSD was made aware of the swatting attacks occurring in the Pittsburgh area and across the state, where hoax school shootings have been reported.
At this time, HTSD has not received threats to any of our schools, and none of our schools ever went into lockdown. The school day has proceeded as normal, with caution and care, as we continue to monitor the situation in the area with the Hampton Township Police Department.
